Get ready for a magical evening!

Wander through the enchanting illuminated trail, all set to soothing ambient tunes. As you stroll through your chosen venue, you'll encounter dazzling highlights that will leave you in awe.

The trail is about a mile long and should take anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your pace.

Cosy up by our fire pit and enjoy toasting marshmallows (bring your own or buy them on-site!). Enjoy delicious food and drinks from our kiosk halfway through.

Remember, it’s an outdoor adventure during winter nights, so it can get chilly, dark, and sometimes wet. Bundle up and wear sturdy shoes!

Keep in mind, Luminate doesn't feature traditional festive decorations or Father Christmas—he's busy up at the North Pole preparing for the big day!

What are Dog Allowed Nights?

We're thrilled to announce that, due to popular demand, Luminate is once again opening its doors to our furry friends on a limited number of special nights! Dogs will be welcome to join their two legged friends on more dates for 2025. Look for the dog symbol on the calendar.

These are the only dates when dogs are permitted. We want to make sure everyone has a great time, so please follow these simple rules:

• Each dog must have a responsible adult to supervise and control them at all times— maximum of two dogs per adult, please!

• Just like our two-legged guests, dogs need to stick to the marked footpath.

• Keep your pup on a short lead—no extendable leads, please.

• Never leave your dog unattended.

• If a dog shows aggressive behaviour towards people or fellow dogs, they won’t be able to join the trail.

Luminate reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any misbehaving or disruptive dogs to leave for the safety and enjoyment of all visitors.

And, of course, please clean up after your pet using the bins provided. 💩

Remember, Luminate is a vibrant, magical place with flashing lights, smoke effects, and lots of music and people. If your dog might feel uneasy, distressed, or act aggressively in this environment, it’s best to leave them at home.

Thank you for being responsible dog owners and helping us to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone!

*** XL BULLY DOGS** We do not allow XL Bully Dogs and/or banned/dangerous breed dogs at Luminate. Entry will be denied to any person attempting to bring those breeds on site.

Please arrive no more than 15-20 minutes before your start time if you wish to enjoy the food and drink offerings, or the fun fair at the Courtyard Cafe/Kiosk before your trail begins. If you don't wish to go to the courtyard, and simply head to the start of the trail. It is approx 5 mins from the car park to our starting hut. Lost Property: I have lost something during my visit, what should I do?Sandringham

If you've left something behind at Luminate, don't panic! Just shoot us an email at info@luminatesandringham.com with full details of the night and timeslot you attended and what you have lost and we will do our best to help you.

Is the trail dark or covered?Sandringham

All of the trail is outside and is not under-cover. All visitors are reminded that this is an outdoor event, taking place in the winter and the weather may well be inclement. Please wrap up warm and wear appropriate outdoor winter clothing and appropriate footwear.

In many areas the lighting will be low level as part of the experience. We do encourage visitors to bring along a torch in case of an emergency but would ask, for your own enjoyment, to only use this if necessary. Please ensure that children and vulnerable adults are supervised at all times.

For your own safety and enjoyment, please at all times remain on the clearly marked trail. Follow the festoon!

We’re sorry, but we can’t modify bookings within 48 hours of the original date. If the new option costs more, you'll need to cover the difference before we can confirm the change. Some of my Party will be arriving separately, what do we do?Sandringham

Booked multiple tickets and arriving at different times? No worries! We can check in your group in smaller batches. Just make sure each group knows the lead booking name or has the booking order number handy when they get to the entrance.

There are limited or no tickets left for a time-slot or day that I want to attend, can I still get tickets?Sandringham

No. Unfortunately once we reach capacity for a timeslot or an entire night, that timeslot/night becomes sold out and we can not issue further tickets. Visitor numbers and capacity per timeslots are carefully managed to ensure that the enjoyment and health and safety of all of our visitors and staff are protected. We do anticipate that a number of dates and time-slots will sell-out completely. We strongly recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment. If you wish to attend at the same time as family members or friends we strongly recommend that you purchase all tickets under one booking so that you can ensure there are sufficient available tickets for your party on your preferred date/time slot, before any tickets have been purchased.
